"Our definition of a company wide layoff, if we had to do one, would be ten
percent of our workforce," Chambers said. "Let me very specific here, in
very direct terms, we are not going to consider a layoff at this point in
time."
只是说at this point啊，如果经济继续恶化，就不好说了。Juniper不知道怎么样，有
两个朋友刚刚跳槽到了juniper一个在加州那边，一个在北京，似乎还不错？

between 1,500 to 2,000 jobs at Cisco.
