ones, I doubt it as well, say NextHop, IP Infusion

A lot of small companies will use it definitely.
After all, cost is one important issue, have to
be considered for a business.
I know a lot of small startups use open source to
develop products, it sells well.
Of course, huge companies, or critical data-centered
business will be still the clients of Cisco, Juniper.
