This job responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the software development process. Suitable candidates will be expected to code, debug, test, document and support our software products.
Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who meet most or all of the following
criteria:
• Degree in computer science or equivalent real-world experience
• Strong Core Java and JavaEE skills. (at least 3 years).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, especially ActionScript
• Experience with an asynchronous, event-driven programming framework such as Flex, Struts, Spring MVC or Java Swinh
• Experience working with Client side programming skills such as Javascript,HTML,PHP.
• Experience with testing and debugging software using an issue tracking system.
• Passion for Programming Professional Development

有人有ExxonMobil Campus Interview 的经验吗？前些天得到通知被选中campus
interview, 不知道都面试些什么，过程是什么样的, HR 的问题大概是那些？谢谢分享

本人理论物理 Ph.D毕业，拿到一个做 Logistics forecasting 的软件公司offer,做
research （optimization, statistics) 兼一些developer （oracle pl). 我另有一
个一般金融模型的 offer, 在一个大公司(非Wall street)，两个薪水差不多（10万
＋一点奖金<20%）。个人原来选过一些金融的课，所以金融方面比较了解，前途很清楚
，算是按部就班. Supply chain forecasting不了解。听他们的介绍，似乎发展潜力很
大，公司不大（～200），现在做 comsumer goods produce的Supply chain
forecasting，雄心勃勃的准备进入其他商品门类，公司十年了，发展挺快。感觉如果
从了他们，象赌start-up。请教一下懂行的同学，这一行前景如何？

我们学校这里job description第一行就写着
WORK AUTHORIZATION NOTE:

与其说优秀，不如说match更贴切。

的确有个公司的position几乎就是给我的经历量身定做的，可是俺不想去，准备作为垫
底的申请:p

今天得到消息，他们给phd办H1，本科和硕士不管，但是说给这些人在他们能工作的地
方找position。

也没那么夸张吧...不过感觉这些石油公司的PhD需求量是不是比较小?
你们能有on-campus interview我就感觉挺牛的了,呵呵

今天上午面试，就问了些很general的问题，没有问research，比如过去都干嘛了, 如
何和同事合作，碰到困难怎么办之类的。
好处是一个星期就给结果，是否onsite。

听起来就是genreal和behavioral的问题了，我也下周跟ExxonMobil on-campus面试，
其实方向跟job description差得还挺多，希望不要问太专业的问题。。。
