单音节的麻烦是重音多，易歧义。但很多时候也的确方便。
感受最深的是乘法口诀表和元素周期表。单音节语言里很容易就总结出易为背诵的口诀
，长度达几十也没问题。但多音节语言，例如英语里，往往采用各单词的首字母来构成
，才几个就麻烦多多。

1.Incomplete engagement summary(section 2 on application): Must be complete
without gaps in your employment history. you need to submit a new, complete
section 2 from 2009 to the present date。
2.engagement @zhongtian group : reference not licensed in state or country
where/ when project is located. No credit was given for this engagement
because the projects appears to be located in
China and references must provide evidence of authorization to practice
civil engineering in that state or country during that time period.
3 Foreign references must provides copies( in English) of foreign PE license
/authorization to practice.
以上是加州 Board要我补充的内容。我按照加州PE申请的要求交了材料，用了国内4个
结构工程师的注册章作为references。用了5年的工作时间。希望有过来人指点！
