有学土木的朋友吗？

我是学geotechnical eng.的，由于老板的身体原因，现在要考虑换方向，打算往
Geoenvironmental 方面转，也不知这方面的就业前景如何，可以肯定的是这方面
research/fuculty 的机会还是多于其他土木方向的，毕竟美国已经是developed, 比较注
重环境相比较其他几个方向。不过不敢多想这方面，因为我现在的学校太一般。不太清
楚 Geoenvironmental 的Industrial /design opportunities 如何？过来人请指点，多
谢！

Geoenvironmental has more job openings than traditional geotechnical, at least
now.
Geotechnical engineering is a supporting role for other fields, such as
structural, environmental, transportation, and etc. If you pay attention to
the job descriptions (geotechnical) on monster, you would find it is always
about geotechnical & environmental.
