I can still vividly recall being "lectured" by some professors that
college is a step that enables one to soar with the imagination, to explore
and bring out the very best of him/herself, as opposed to merely
swallowing and regurgitating the textbooks. That sounded really appealing
to me, but it simply is not the reality. It is a fact that people
generally forget what they have learned, be it history, or economics, unless
they periodically re-enter the information into their memory. Most pe
