Definition: the last one of a series of frustrating things that have
happened
Note: This last event makes a person lose all patience.

About the origin:
This is a shortened version of the expression "the last straw that
broke the camel's back". The origin of this expression, according
to the Morris Dictionary of Word and Phrase Origins, is from the
writing of Charles Dickens: "As the last straw breaks the laden
camel's back", meaning that there is a limit to everyone's endurance,
or everyone has his breaking point. Dickens was writing in the 19th
century and he may have received his inspiration from an earlier proverb,
