2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 drops Blue Curacao
1 oz. Brandy
1 fill Club Soda
1 oz. Scotch
0.5 tsp. Sugar Syrup
1 dash Pernod
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients except club soda.
Shake and strain over ice into a glass. Fill up with club soda. Stir with
a bar spoon coated with powdered sugar.
