my friend send me email and said:
Do you mind we pay you a visit?
I reply and said you can come to visit but donot need a pay.
then she laugh at me. :)
is that pay you a visit common to say? just want to know from english p
point of view.

yes, it's common.
I tell you another joke. i emailed my friend an email saying something about
a football game and at the end, i said :"Go Michigan!" (the team I support)
then he wrote back to me and said :" Sorry i'm busy this weekend I can't go to
Michigan". wo faint!
