A direct translation would be "delegated copyright". However, that is
somewhat nonsensical: if you have the copyright, you have the copyright;
the "delegated" seems redundant. So I guess what you're after is what
usually refered to as "non-exclusive copyright."
People with more legal knowledge please correct me.
