这个不一样的吧。foreclosure不是提前偿还的意思，而是贷款人不按协议每月支付一
笔费用，所以银行可以申请permimssion收回/拍卖贷款人的抵押品。大概这个过程是不
可逆的，所以才叫取消抵押品赎回权。

Foreclosure is a legal action that a moneylender can take if a person who
borrowed money using a mortgage stops paying back the mortgage. Foreclosure
allows the lender to take or sell the person’s house by first getting a
court’s permission to do so.
