月了。孩子的父亲是另一个只好了两周的男孩，现在他们也分开了。妈妈烦死她了，上
周她18岁，于是她妈妈就顺理成章的把她kick out. 现在她只能打全工，和一个只有一
面之缘的女朋友分享一个appartment。 开始我还担心她是不是clean.不过朋友说，自
从有了BB之后，她已经放弃了。
非常痛心和惋惜，真的。特别向班上的做social 工作的朋友请教，是否会有政策或福
利，或组织，或。。。。。能给她一些帮助。

社工帮不了她太多了 她没有残疾 没有吸毒 也18岁了
但是她可以申请MEDICAID
做老师的可以给她一点材料 怀孕期间准备考GED 起码以后能继续念大学 或者找个稳定

The examples you give are what grammaticians call "illiteracy".
The sentence should be
"What relation does A have with B?"
Informally one might ask:
"What does A have to do with B?"
Then the illiteracy creeps in: "have to" is incorrectly replaced
by "must", "must" is replaced by "ought to", and "ought to" is
incorrectly replaced by "got to", and you end up with
"What does A got to do with B?"
Finally, "what does" is contracted into "what's" (nonstandard),
and you get
"What's A got to do with B?"

这都是福利社会怀柔政策和所谓性自由的后果,一代序一代,很多美国人还沉浸在国富民

做20小时心理咨询,现在缩水到9小时,SOONER OR LATER 这些PUBLIC CHARGE 会明白吃

说得太对了。两年前我们这里的重度残疾者，排队五年可以拿DEVELOPMENTAL
DISABILITIES WAIVER；现在7年都不一定轮得上。
