我对于绿卡的程序还不是很清楚,现在H1B,
想由公司申请EB2,不是很在乎什么时候能够拿到绿卡.
就想知道什么时候能拿到AP.是不是就可以不需签证回美国?
AP是要等到I-485递交以后吗?
现在的形势要到什么时候才可以递交I-485?
请大家指教.

2004年春天的时候发生了什么？为什么java/c++'s index dropped heavily? while VB, perl and python had a pop? More strangely, all of they recovered later...

我觉得最可能的解释是那段时间它的Java的数据有问题……这种统计本来就是看着玩玩
而已，当不得真的。
他的Y轴是归一化的，所以一种降了其它所有自然就升了。

现在才开始？
perm从准备到file到certify..快的话，大约9个月？假设建立一个排期
2008/08/01
140file and approve, 运气好的话，半年到一年？
等到你的排期变current可以file I-485？运气好的话，从现在算3年？
差不多你拿AP就是2011年左右的事情了。
这个答案满意么？
如果有相关的移民立法改变，另说。

绿线和灰线很平缓，所以说一种降了其他一定都升的说法不太能解释这两根线。
