Do not ask why you were not offered the job. Instead, ask them to give you
some straightforward feedback on your interview, and mention that would be
very helpful for your future interview, etc...

I am very curious about the reasons..how can I find out?
besides this is the only onsite I have got...Is there anything I can do to
make them change their decisions?
