1. Why do you apply for our department （好几个电面，第一个问题都是这个）
2. What is your role in the proposals funded listed in your C.V.
3. What courses can you teach for both undergraduate and graduate
4. Since we received your application package 3 months ago, do you have any
update in your C.V.
5. Do you have any specific potential collaborator in our department and
university?
6. What do you see yourself in the following 5-10 years.
7. 针对目前研究课题的某个细节问了一个问题
8. 针对research statement 里面propose的几个课题逐一问了问题
9. 其中一个推荐人的背景跟我差别较大，问我们之间的具体关系。
10. What question do you have for us.
Skype面试，一共四个老师，他们在一个小会议室跟我面试，感觉有echo，他们的声音
在会议室里面环绕再通过网络传过来就感觉怪怪的，听起来有些费劲，但基本上能get
他们的问题。
个人感觉： 每次面试大多数问题回答得都很不错 （自我感觉），但同时总有一两个问
题回答得不好。不知道拿到onsite面试的人是不是都是把电面的问题回答得很完美才拿
到的。
另外感觉就是research committee的人花了大把时间研究了我的research statement。
基本上每个project都被问了一些问题。
最后，我的经验是phone interview的问题往往固定，但skype interview的问题往往很
灵活，有时候人家想到哪就问到哪。
