拿到第一个电面 （skype）。有12个人被面试（因为给了12个时间段可以选择）。面试
20分钟，前五分钟自我简绍研究成果。后面提问。问题都给了，有4个常规的问题。其
实问题的答案在cover letter and research/teaching statement 里面都写了。
我向请问这样的电面他们重点看什么呢？以什么标准从12个里面删掉9个（如果选3个on
site）? 前三个问题是自我简绍部分，后面试问题。

– What is your area of expertise?
– What are your research interests?
– Where would you position your work in the current XXXXXX discourse and
/or profession?
– How do you integrate your teaching with your research work?
– What specific core courses are you interested in teaching?
– What are you interested in pursuing over the next five years as you
move towards tenure?
– What interests you most about this position, and what do you see as
the greatest opportunities for you at XXXXXX?
– Do you have any questions for the search committee?
