phone interview, but I only remembered the name for one of them.
How can I write thank you letter to all of them?
Is it appropriate to ask the one I remembered (search committee chair) to
provide me a list of names?

很多时候电面后的感谢信都不会回复的，所以还是别问了，会有些尴尬。能记起几个就
发几个好了，毕竟只是个形式。

给chair发一封信就可以了，里面感谢一下所有的committee member。别的人记不全的
话干脆全部不发，免得他们聊起来的时候说你厚此薄彼。
