这个版都是faculty，我目前的瓶颈阶段，都是各位曾经经历过的。你们的经验和意见
，对我非常宝贵。
Postdoc已经5年了，有身份，算是千老了。我第一个独立拿到的mentored-fellowship
、15万资助，还有一年就结束了。还够不着申请发考题，只能继续找fund。外面的大部
分foundation，对于fellowship申请者的博士毕业年限要求很严，PHD毕业2-4年的门槛
。我已经没有申请资格了。只有看看NIH博士后水平的fellowship。感觉选择不多。
NIH罗列了一些Career Development Awards包括：
1. Clinical Career Development Awards (K08/K23)：主要面向 outstanding
academic physician-scientists。这个是给临床医生的。我没戏！
2. Mentored Quantitative Research Career Awards (K25)：support the career
development of quantitatively trained investigators from the postdoctoral
level to the senior faculty 。 这个没看懂！为啥又适用于senior faculty ？
3. Pathway to Independence Awards (K99/R00)： support for both mentored
and independent research from the same award. 2年K99+3年R00。
4. Individual Postdoctoral Fellowships (F32) and Senior Fellowships (F33)
：F32 fellowship is for individuals who seek postdoctoral research training
in areas related to the scientific programs of the institute. The senior
fellowships (F33) are for established independent investigators
5. National Research Service Awards (NRSA) Institutional Research
Training Grant (T32) - Postdoctoral
从来没有申请过NIH， 请各位老师 看看哪些类别我能申请。
1） K25， F32/F33,T32还有K99都有啥区别？感觉都是给博士后的。我感觉K99是这
一个档次里面最难申请的，因为拿到了就可以申请faculty了。其他的几个，看不出有
啥区别。
2）什么水平，才可以考虑K99 ？
3） Individual Postdoctoral Fellowships (F32) 和Senior Fellowships (F33)
。其中F33，所谓的senior指的是什么？是指在博士后岗位干了多少年吗？NIH的解释是
Postdoctoral researchers, regardless of age, are eligible to apply for F32
fellowships. Senior fellowships (F33s) are for established, independent
investigators who want to make major changes in their research career 。然后
又说If you have been in your current sponsor's lab for more than 2 years at
the time that you submit your application, it will not be considered for
funding. 所有知情人可否多介绍一下？！
