1) They asked for money when he was still in school. I lent them 80K from
2001-2005 but never got a penny back. I could have used that as down
payment to an apartment in Y2003.
• They were in their 40s and in perfect health. They didn’t feel
like working so they just quit. They relied on a student son to provide for
a living and for building the new house. They are in their 50’s now and
they haven’t worked for the past 10 years.
• Why? Is it because they have so much savings
