好,现在这个外发被人家告上法庭了。
Chinese rights activist sued for bias Accused of religious discrimination
By Stephanie Ebbert | Globe Staff July 01, 2012
Ling Chai, a leader of the 1989 Tiananmen Square prodemocracy movement who
founded the Boston-based software firm, Jenzabar Inc., is being sued for
religious discrimination by a fellow Chinese activist who claims Chai fired
her for refusing to pray on the job. The lawsuit claims that Chai even
issued Zhang a written ultimatum: She could either “seek the will of God in
her life on a daily basis through study of God’s word and through prayer”
or start to look for a new job.
