Eb1a，现在的身份是f1+opt
哪个更快一点？费用分别是多少？对我现在的身份有什么影响？
我的辖区在nsc，如果efile的话是不是140+485提交给tsc？看uscis上的说法，如果是
普通file的话，应该都是提交给nsc，nsc是不是处理的更快一点？

580+985+1225=2790
not cheap...
if I file eb1b, I definitely go this way, however for eb1a, I am not
confident enough
