我们10/12的 renew received date, 到现在还没收到卡，2月初就过期了，现在公司狂
催，SR已经作了，但感觉很官僚的样子，让我15天后再打过去如果还没收到卡。
现在很着急，请问还有什么办法？

一年前在Macys买的，后来我同事很喜欢swarovski的小熊，带我去店里看，我一看这个
不是跟我的小熊一样嘛，所以翻出来给她看，我的才十几块（不过是无数折扣后）。于
是她就拔草了，也难怪，那个太贵了。。。

还没批，只是有收到receipt.
这帮人太官僚了，我们这是第二次renew, 文件都是一样的，90天还高不定？
而且，我们前后的LIN#s 都在12月底收到批了，并发卡了，不知道为什么就我们的没批。
急死了

Did you see the last post from the thread? After 90 days USCIS said they
could find the files and asked the applicant to resend everything.....
Could you advise how to do an expedite request?

你的心情我感同身受，我的等了96天才批。可以试试这几个办法，我都做了后当天批了
，不知哪个起了作用。
1. 手写一封信催，传真给nsc或tsc，handwriting!
2. Email给cisombudsman, 请求帮助。
3. Infopass 时请求接待的人email催，就说customer 现在就在窗口催。
不要大意，现在ead最久的可能会拖到125天，这是infopass 时告诉我的。

心情真是遭透了，其实怪自己，因为换工作，绿卡要多等好几年。
EAD 已经第二次renew了，现在还搞得这么狼狈，尤其还有小朋友，想到如果没有及时
批地后果，insurance 等等就觉得很失败
我会每个都试一遍，希望也有你的运气！

一定找议员助手催。我LD的因为要回国一个多月，也比较急，和Congressman
immigration specialist 说明情况，他们会给你办。两个Congressman都找了。都有
很快回应。找了一个Senator,发了传真，到现在没回音。
1/8号和Congressman联系，1/9号他们（两个Congressman办公室）给我发了 release
forms, 当天回给他们 via email。
要求他们 1/9当天马上给我联系USCIS, 其中一个回email
"We will but the request has to come in writing and their response will be
as well so that’s where the timeframe comes from."
这个我问他是不是给USCIS发传真，他们没回。我以为这个比较官僚，办的慢，其实他
们还挺有效率。
当时是找他们催 485,后来又隔了一天发email找他们催EAD,没有回信。
原来的EAD 3/2/2015 马上要过期了。去年renew的也晚了。

昨天1/13 他们给我发了个email说

今天晚上查status发现

另外一个congressman回信说没有Update
上个星期打两次T2 电话催485，第二次要求加快，当时T2答应给request "expedited
processing",第二天收到email,被据expedited processing

processing of your I-485.
Although your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence of
an extreme emergent need, which must meet one of the following criteria:
*Severe financial loss to company or individual;
*Extreme emergent situation;
*Humanitarian situation;

must come from an official U.S. Government entity and state that delay will

后来因为RFE ,5月份刚交上去，后来不给办了因为排期倒退。
485看来还要等一段时间

1) If EAD receipt notice > 60 days and your EAD will expire 2 weeks, get a
letter from your HR that you will be terminated (some companies, terminate
and rehire, so this is an option, but again if you think its risky don’t do
it) and fax it or email it via your attorney to USCIS
70th day since receipt notice step
2) Contact your 2 State Senators and your representative. You can find who
your congress person is from http://www.contactingthecongress.org/ . You will need to write a request letter with your receipt number, notice & receipt dates, and alien number, current ead expiration date, sign the privacy release forms, copies of i-485 and i-765 application notices. Fax and mail it to them. Call to confirm they've received it the same afternoon or next day (you are usually assigned an immigration case worker at the office) 2a) Get a letter from your manager that this will be a financial loss to your company (if applicable) and FAX it to your processing center.
75th day since receipt notice step
3) a) Call USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 and give the applicable reasons. Only
financial loss as the reason doesnt seem to work for some people, so have
additional applicable reasons (close to 90 days, health insurance loss,
emergency if you're losing your license). b) Write a letter to USCIS, and
fax it to the above numbers. c) FedEX overnight the letter with supporting
documents (can be done on the 74th day) d) email scanned documents to your
service center
80th day since receipt notice step
4) Call USCIS back and ask them about your Expedite Request, Call your
Senator and Congress persons offices to follow up

5) Fix an INFOPASS appointment with the local office at https://infopass.

请问你是打NCSC的电话吗？每次接电话的倒是很客气，但是除了留个reference #，没
有任何回复啊。EAD都过期了，急死了。你是如何有哪些选项的？
另外我们是寄到phoenix lockbox, receipt 说有事打给NCSC。我们该说自己的case在

不明白为什么现在出其的慢，也没见其他485什么的批的飞快亚。如果他们不能90天批
完，正确的做法应是允许大家更早地提交renew。

今天第96天还没有任何消息，91天的时候发的SR，同时给俩议员写信，给一个
congressman 发信，议员和congressman隔了一天都让发回去一个form，今天发了，明
天去infopass，真是叫天天不应，叫地地不灵，EAD到底要pending到何时，真TM煎熬啊

我的情况类似。今天90天了。
75天的时候做了SR, 之后case立刻被送到local office了。之后杳无音讯。
最近联系了议员又要求expedite了。至今还是没音儿。心里很着急啊！

两天前给USCIS打电话要求expedite我的case. 理由是没工作的话under financial
distress.
今天收到回信，说要我给他们发supporting documents. 但是没具体说要什么。打电话
问USCIS, 一问三不知。
请问有没有类似情况的朋友，给USCIS发的是什么documents? 谢谢。

给调查官写信，全都干了，最后告诉我说案子交给了一个officer review，我再也不能
申请Expedite了，只好又申请了interim card,说15天内给答复，我就艹了！

这个有时候后真看运气了。。。
我也是同样情况：1/31到期，我是11月初申请的。当时自以为90天内肯定批，然后等
到75天，依旧Pending。那时离开月底就10天了。
打电话给tier 1，做了SR，问是否有必要和tier2通话，答没必要，因为最多也就能
做SR。
然后申请的事情是，第2天就批了，1/30号收到卡。。。离过期就1天。从批准到收到
卡整整7天。邮寄大概2天，Priority。

更新一下，也许对xdjm们有用:
上面说到我周四email回复USCIS要求说明supporting documents到底想要我发给他们什
么。我周五早上一大早收到USCIS的email, 说要我证明我EAD到期不renew的话会丢掉工
作和医疗保险。我心想这不是废话吗？否则谁花钱花时间renew EAD干什么？但我还是
仔细给他们写了一封信，讲明我和我老婆一直用EAD工作，你不给更新我们就丢工作还
附上了公司的employment benefits说只有连续在公司上班的人才会有insurance(这也
是废话，你不上班谁会给你福利？)同时附件附上了即将过期的EAD和receipts.
发出去不久就收到回复说是your case is now under expedite renew. 说是10天之内
给答复。
还是没说批或者不批，貌似只是同意给我加速了。
EAD 2/12就要过期了！捉急啊！

我记得是90天，你可以去查一查，lp上一次也是renew晚了，ead过期了但是renew
pending期间工作一点问题都没有。

我觉得这是个灰色地带。如果人事部门不追究，应该不会有问题。USCIS这么忙，怎么
可能去查去通知每个case的雇主？所以，我自己无论多心急，都不想惊动人事部。

我觉得去Infopass比较管用，尽管找参议员、众议员发传真我都干了。

请问YuChen你的EAD卡收到了吗？我也遇到和你类似的问题了，太郁闷了，我是10月30
日收到的receipt，到现在已经100天了，还没有收到卡，请教您一下，您尝试那些方法
比较有效呢？我现在也是SR已经作了，让我再等30天后再打过去，如果还没收到卡，这
时间太长了！这些人让人无语了！谢谢您！请您指教一二！

今天99天，还有5天EAD过期。
我感觉我悲剧在于我75天做了SR之后被他们以帮我加快处理为由transfer到了"my
local office"(其实是TSC, 至于TSC为什么被叫成"my local office", no idea)。这
是1/21/2015的事情。

Transfer之后，我打电话问我的case或者找议员催，一般得到的回复就两种:
1. 你的case是1/21/2015才提交的。你过3个月再来查。
2. 你的case现在在local office啦，我们这里木办法联系。
昨天打电话，好不容易碰到个比较好心的哥们儿，说because there is confusion
regarding when you actually filed your application, I need to transfer you
to an officer.
之后貌似把我transfer到了tier 2.
可惜tier 2的理由是，因为我的case在local office被expedite review, 只能等10天
之后他才能查。

所以现在按他们的说法是2/10/2015如果还没批，我才能联系他们。
郁闷啊，这次感觉完全是被USCIS被坑了。看版上其他朋友的帖子，貌似如果没被
transfer, 起码知道assigned to an officer之类的，而且还能催一下。

very few pending 120 days or more, because after 90 days pending, people
will do many things to expedite it. So if your RD is before mid October and
your EAD is still not approved, did you win powerball?

从真正挤出到收到就两三天左右，但往往从批准到寄出还有几天。反正只要批准了卡就
生效了，无需真正收到。

我这批准快一周了还没寄出呢。
这两天放假也不可能收到了。下周二就是109天。这次真的是被移民局给搞定了。

等网上状态变成usps 去pick up了，然后两三天就到。
