i contacted our local senator for inquiry my 485 pending case....now the
senator office told me that ,according to the reply from USCIS, my case had
already been assigned to office for adjudication.Please allow 30-45 days to
get the decision.
This is very normal response from USCIS and senator....What should i do ?

为什么我们找的senator都是官方回复，说uscis的处理时间还没处理到你的呢：（

my 485 case RD:12/30/2011..it has already been 4 months

each center has their estimated time window for 485 petition..then you will
find out whether the senator is lying to you.....

你找的local的senator是指州里很多的那种还是每个州只有两个的那种呀？
我们找senator说TSC还在处理6月的case：（

i have no idea how many senators there has in our state...also have no idea
of the difference between the senator and congressman..

请问你找得是Senator？我打电话找Senator, 被告知应该找Congresswoman，给了联系
方式。那里的专门负责Immigration officer 已经Submitted the request to USCIS,
I don't know if it will be helpful.

each senator or congressman has his/her official website...from there, you
could find out what kind of service would be available in there, usually,
the immigration issue would be included.

by the way, each senator/congressman has their assigned district..I just
asked help from the local senator who is in charge of our city,besides other
region..He would definitely be happy to do some help for the residents in
his own district....It is also not a hurt to try other senator who is not in
your district
