I have added some weight loss experience on the main post.
In summary, it is very simple
(1)"Eat less and Exercise More"
(2) Drink more Green Tea
(3) Prepare a bowl of hot water to wash out the extra oil for
the food if the meal you have is too oily.
(4) Be patient, healthy weight loss is dropping 1 -2 pounds a week
(5) New Tip: Come to MITBBS Fashion community more often to see all those
