EB1A - 140 pp + 485 concurrent filing @ TSC, 按版友的推荐找了郭律师，本人
case一般，靠非一作的几篇高引用文章，硬着头皮走了concurrent filing
2／7 提交＋pp，
2／8 receive notice,
2／15 I-140 approval notice，
2／15 FP notice，scheduled on 03／07
接下来开始纠结。之所以 pp + concurrent filing 其实是想早点拿到AP 3月中去趟澳
大利亚（工作方面），眼看时间还是来不及，于是先打电话试图expedite AP，等一周
无效后在郭律师建议下发信fax骚扰参议员。纽约州的 senator Gillibrand 专门负责
移民绿卡事宜，手下的agent 很有效率，当天就回复说会帮我问，还寄来了书面信说
the case is being reviewed by an officer and the decision will be made
shortly，一周后没消息再联系他们。但是等了一周还是没消息，中间去按指纹的时候
专门问了一下 officer关于emergency AP，被告知除了 death or live situation，一
概不予受理。最后老老实实再次骚扰议员，似乎引起了重视，当天下午接到agent
manager的电话说officer 需要我的护照复印件。大喜之余也没管为什么需要（申请材
料没缺这个），赶紧email 给agent，当天晚上状态就变了。
3/13 AP EAD approval notice
4/19 485 approval
总结下来首先要感谢郭律师在新年前后对我的催促。由于工作家庭都还比较忙，9月底
开始准备，12月底推荐信才勉强发出，最后反而是律师隔三差五催促我的进度。没有郭
律师严守timeline，我是没希望在3月中以前拿到AP的了。郭律师的经验尤其是关于联
系议员的建议也非常凑效，他还友情帮我修改了给议员的骚扰信。当然材料主要要靠自
己准备，该花的时间是省不了的。还要赞一下纽约州的 senator Gillibrand 的工作团
队，他们以热忱积极的态度，及时有效的(为人民)服务和无私的国际主义精神，让我着
实体验了一把p民当家作主的感觉　: )
另外请问一下，在有AP 的情况下，让人把绿卡寄到我这（现在在澳洲）应该没有问题
吧？

so 上版上向各位MM请教一下
不知道对除黑头和脸颊两侧的脏毛孔有没有效果？

just got one...only been using for about a week and I feel it cleanse better
. don't know why but after using it, my skin tone seems lighter than before.
..
will know more after I use it for a longer time period.
BTW, I bought the Plus, which can be used both on your face and on your body
(with different brush heads). So far, I love it, worth the money.

one of the reasons that I bought Plus is that classic's charger is not
universal. if you want to use it in China, don't buy the classic. Plus has
universal charger so you can use it anywhere around the world. Mia (the
travel version) also comes with universal charger.

and one skin polish (for body).

usually the included brush head is already sensitive
but if you need extra comfort, I remember they have a "delicate brush
head".
