is likely that a very limited period may move forward from the August 2016
Final Action Date Chart for India, not only in September but in October 2016
as well.

从版上看到海关9月出了新规定凡是超过50人民币的东西都要交关税，这也就等于雁过
拔毛了，随
便寄点啥都会超过是肯定了，但这个关税是一定要交嘛？或者是随即抽查，查到就要交
？如果交
的话，怎么交，是我来付，还是国内的爸妈来付？最担心的是怕东西被扣住。
不知道最近往国内寄过东西的mm有没有这方面的经验。

这好像是说India 2016 Aug, Sept, Oct 排期会稍前进？不是说名额都用完了？只是
India前进么，EB23C一点都没有？？？
还是我完全理解错了。。。。

randomly on theory. but it was said half of them would be checked these
days, especially Shanghai!
The larger package, the higher your chance be checked. You'd better report
the customs honestly.
