老乡介绍的工作，已经过了前两了，最后一轮on site.老乡给了我很多帮助，也
讲了她当时的面试流程，只是现在心里还是有些发虚。不知道有没有在这家公司工作的

在zillow上qoute，最好的只有3.5，换个CT的zip code，立马降到3，25。纽约为啥这
么高？

I got quoted with 2.875% + 400fee (score: 730, escrow waiving, H1B, 20% down
) for a 15 year fixed today...

everything is expensive in NY, I just check my bloomberg for the daily avg
mortgage rate, NY is way more expensive than other states.

NY is totally different animal. There are mortgage tax or CEMA need to be
done. It requires attorney to close. It requires bank attorney on top of
buyer attorney. So NY cost is about $5000 vs $2000 in CA.
Also lender need pay 0.25% mortgage tax too, so the rate is always higher.
I do about 100 loans a month in NY and NJ loans if you need help. Please PM
me.
