Some questions about sephora
1 If I want to be a VIP, I should spend over $300 either online or in store
in a year (in store annd online cannot be combined)?
2 I have 200 points in my beauty bank, what I can use for?
3 I bought 4 item from online and in store, Could I require a full size item
in store?

YES, THEY CAN BE COMBINED AS LONG AS THEY ARE UNDER THE SAME ACCOUNT.
2 I have 200 points in my beauty bank, what I can use for?
YOU CAN EITHER CHOOSE TWO 100-POINT GIFTS OR WAIT TO GET A 500-POINT GIFT WHICH IS
USUALLY MUCH BETTER...
3 I bought 4 item from online and in store, Could I require a full size item
in store?
YOU CAN CHOOSE 1 FULL SIZE SKINCARE ITEM FROM THE OPTIONS THEY GIVE YOU ONCE YOU HAVE
PURCHASED 4 SKINCARE RPRDUCTS...

1 Spend $350 a year in store and online(can be combined)
2 You can redeem your 200 points for samples Or you can save it until you
find something you are interested in.
3 Yep, you can. Actually the cashier will ask u, I think.

2 To accumulate 500 points should be finished in one year? (until Dec 31st,
2010?)
Usually what they prepare for 100 point gift?
3 I did not buy skincare, I bought eyeshade and powder. Can I still get a
full-size skincare?

YES, THEY CAN. WERE YOU USING THE SAME ACCOUNT TO MAKE THE PURCHASES? IF NO,
IT IS
TOO BAD. IF SO OR EVEN YOU FORGOT TO USE THE INSIDER CARD, JUST CALL AND
TELL THEM
THE RECEIPT NUMBER TO ADD THE POINTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT IF THEY HAVE NOT DONE
THAT......I AM NOT SURE WHY THINGS DID NOT WORK FOR YOU, BUT IT SHOULD BE

Thank u so much.
I called them and they put 200 ponits in my beauty card after a arguement (
now I have 200 points in my beauty card, I think I will use them to get some
gift because I think I cannot get 500 points by DEc 31)
Can I use it to prove I had $200 purchase (even I have recipt from in store
and online, but I do not want to explain more) and go ahead $100 purchase to
become a VIP?
