这个月current了，就在03/13号做了service request，今天收到回复：
The status of this service request is:
We have received your service request and researched the status of your case

Your priority date, November xx, 2013, is later than the cut-off date listed
on the visa bulletin for employment-based, E-21 preference petitions.
Please refer to the website www.travel.state.gov/visa or you may call the

怎么会later than cut-off date? 这个月不是current了吗？感觉USCIS搞错了什么？
