Solve it in the following way:
1) Login your account
2) choose prepare shipment
3) Right on top of box 4, click "Preferences"
4) In section 5, uncheck the check box in front of "Always show shipment
confirmation "
5) Try again ...
It seems that the error always occurs after showing the shipment
confirmation ...
