UA里程给父母订的票，需要改票，在网站上如果选择choose to cancel，网站上写：
Save the value of your ticket to use toward another United flight within one
year of the original issue date. No change fee will be required.
不敢点，怕直接给cancel了。这个选项啥意思？免费取消然后给有效期一年的credit？
但是我是点数订的票，不理解。
还有之前收到邮件，第二个航班的起飞和到达时间推迟了10分钟和20分钟，能打电话要
求免费改票
