"TSC has issued mass RFEs in June to thousands of applicants and I believe
they are basically stuck processing those RFE responses. Most of the
applications could be pre-adjudicated before the June RFE fiasco. But they
have to basically go back and pre-adjudicate these applications again once
the RFE responses are received. So, they undid whatever they have done with
the applications while the dates were held back for so many months. As NSC
never issued mass RFEs, they are quickly approving cases. "

今天到TJMAX去逛，看到了Cynthia Rowley这个牌子的一个包，皮的，挺大的，80加税
。不知道划算不，原价是写的160. 有没有JM们知道这个牌子？谢谢

NSC不是必TSC tough些么，为什么反而TSC的RFEs反而多一些？
