I submitted order info with comments on OO today and got the following
response in one minute. Seems like good news.

仔细看了feedback，的确是不错的卖家，negative的feedback也都跟东西的品质没有关
系，都是一些shipping的问题，这款眼镜的型是我很喜欢的，有点心动了

真糟糕，OO发信来说verify不了，郁闷。请问楼上的xiaomj tx，你在网上提交order
details 怎么写的？Order Number写第一次的还是第二次的？Purchase Date呢，这个
貌似只能写第一次order的日期，因为第二次order时过了OO的7天，写不进去。Ship
Date也不知道该填啥，好像根本就没ship出来。谢谢
我昨天Order Number用的第二次的Order Number，但是Purchase Date用的第一次order
的日期。估计是这样才悲剧了？刚才重新给了comments，全改成第一次的，不知道成不
成。

是啊，没见过这样的。这个Friendgiftr什么破公司，我指望着能收到买的$100GC就不

今天master oo 里面4个checks都有了。
看来能收到oo, 但是giftcard到现在一点消息都没有。

我的OO今天也成了，还不错。看看我昨天complain friendgiftr收到的回信，貌似GC应该快了。
Hi there,
let me address your issues one at a time -
firstly, very sorry for the delay in your orders. We were backed up due to
Thanksgiving and switching over to a new system. However we are now catching
up swiftly on all the backdated orders.
From my last update with my supervisor, he assured me that all these cards
would go out by the end of the week, at the latest (keep an eye out for
email confirmation of shipment, w/ tracking #s, etc.) The only exception
is if your card was for either Macy's or Safeway, then there is a 50% chance
it will not arrive until early next week, due to them having low inventory.
Regarding MC marketplace - we are manually submitting all purchase
information over to them, however this is contingent upon when the order
ships. As soon as your order ships (again, look out for the shipping email),
your information will be reported over to MC marketplace. It will take 1-2
days for them to process, then it will show up in your account.
We've corresponded with them a bunch - they are aware of this issue, and we
are assured that all of our customers accounts with them will be fine, once
this is all sorted out. Just give it a few days after your order is shipped.
Lastly - to claim your free $10 gift card, simply reply to the email
notification of shipment (your new confirmation email) when it arrives, and
tell them which gift card you wish to receive. Then that order will be
immediately processed.

我的OO里面前三项都check了。但是还是没拿到卡呢。
那个额外的10刀GC他们信里不是说当时回信就该立即送出么，因为是和OO单子无关的。
但是现在也没见到。
据说这个公司超级小，就2-3人搞这些订单和shipping。。。
应该快了。
