不知道谁用过呢，想知道好不好呢？家里有个比较大的Project，想请这个Contractor
，可是网上找不到review，只好到处问问，谁有经验的，请分享一下，十分感谢。

很多人不知道美国收房产税跑来买房。大概看了穷爸爸富爸爸。。。

本来租金也没多少，加上折旧和维护，算上房产税，现金流很容易从正的变成负的。

不会租的，主要是靠房价本身的涨跌，租的话谁管啊，大老远的管理起来不方便。最流
行的一句话是才XX万？来三个，现在不涨没事儿，放着，我这钱也不急用，什么时候2X
了再卖。

这说明有钱和懂财务还是不同。多少明星赚了一辈子的钱亏在股市和房地产了。。。

they want to prop up.

Many a real estate franchise has a rental property management division.
They will charge 8% to 10% of the rent for their management fee. If one can
find the right rental property in the right location, there could still be a
decent annual return of at least 10%. The housing price has plunged in many places. But the
rents have held up much better.

I remembered that Lexian once said that he could achieve an annual
return of 20% on his rental properties without any leverage. The return
on my rental house is close to that number. But I paid only 25% for the
down.
