Wow, i just learn that i can go into my sephora online account to see all my shopping history, and i can view each item i've purchased online or in store, (date of purchase, item description and store location). I am surprised that i have 110 items lised on my history from the period of 2009 to 2011 (i have my VIB card back in 2009). Opps. no wonder i am a V.I.B.

Really? Sorry to hear that. My online account works this evening, and i can track my order, i placed my order yesterday, and it is already sent to shipping.
I am boycotting Sephora.... after placing an order with them for the first FF event in late October, they cancelled my order twice. And then there were missing items in the order. Then when their regular FF began, I placed a few orders again. To date I spend over $3k with them, and yet they are having problems with fulfilling orders and missing items/sending someone else's items to me. So they told me not to order from them again. WTF...

actually, i started with the phone CS, and they are not too good. any orders over $1000 will most likely be cancelled at the warehouse... I guess their warehouse cannot handle large volume. Then, I heard that their facebook is very good at CS service so I msg them and the response is very prompt... but when problems of missing/mishipment happened again, in the end this CS basically told me to F off... (blaming I am the problem) they banned my account and flag my credit card.... so sadly, I have to bring my business to other stores...
