用素食的方法，三天之内，痘痘都干瘪了，然后，眼看着一天天的好了。真的是要感谢
我在买买提看到的帖子。我就采用了上面MM提到的芹菜，胡罗卜和红菜头。
兔子餐（我同事给气得名字）
1.芹菜2根茎
2.胡罗卜1根
3.红菜头一大片
4.水煮蛋 （蛋白质和卵磷脂）
5.燕麦 （淀粉）
绝对没有肉和油。 水煮蛋可以沾点儿盐吃。就对不喝茶，咖啡。我已经有半年没碰过
着两样了。可以加有机的酸奶。我早上还喝一杯有机不含乳糖的牛奶。
就这样了，我和有一样的困扰的MM，赶快试试兔子餐吧。
Update, August 21: 已经吃了一周了，基本都下去了。周五夜里熬夜玩游戏。周六和
同事吃buffet。她还说你的痘痘都快好了。

这个我用过最有效的是国内医院的药膏 就是去痤疮的外涂药膏 主要是杀菌的 才10块
钱 比美国大夫开的200刀的药膏好用多了
