Hi
Whether were 140 and 485 application reviewed by the same IO? I am very
confused I got 485 RFE by XM1041. But I found the IO would like to deny some
140 application. Is the XM1041 is that XM1041 reviewing 140?

Why not? There are actually not so many IOs working in TSC. In no way, two
IOs share the number. And also that's why they are quite slow.
