3月12日，受到日本地震引发的核泄漏影响，数万德国人手拉手组成将近45公里长的人
墙，要求政府终结现有核电设施。对此默克尔回复称“德国需要核电，至少在现如今新
型能源尚未成熟之时”。
在德国，核电站安全话题由来已久。1986年苏联切尔诺贝利核电站核反应堆爆炸并引发
严重核辐射污染后，一些欧洲国家开始反思核电安全，部分国家推进关闭核电站计划。
过去20多年间，美国没有新建核电站，奥地利官方反对发展核电，德国新建的核电站则
因反核势力的阻碍而至今未能投入运行。
倡清洁
反核能组织12日组织集会，原本是为了抗议德国去年通过的新版能源法。本月晚些时候
，巴登-符滕堡州将举行州议会选举，反核能组织试图在选举前借机向当局进一步施压。
去年10月，德国通过新版能源法，同意将现有17座核电站的服役时间平均延长12年。其
中，修建于1980年前的核电站延长运营8年，近期建造的核电站延长14年。新版能源法
承诺不再修建新核电站。
但反核能组织认为不该延长这些核电站的寿命，应当立即将能源发展方向转向风能、太
阳能等清洁能源，降低核风险。
在12日的集会期间，主张清洁能源的反对党绿党发表声明说，福岛核电站泄漏事故“表
明，即便在日本这样一个科技高度发达、为意外情形做好充分准备的国家，核能依旧呈
现不可控和高风险的特性”。

到美国10多年，第一次吃moving violation ticket。今天上PA的法庭arraignment，以
为有机会可以dismiss掉。结果到了那，安排1.5小时时间，有57个人在那排队，根本没
有跟法官啰噪的时间。前面有几个人罚款比较高的，给减了点价而已。
早知道如此就一次要求trial好了。这还得再去一次。

Stop sign，前面有个右转的Smart过线一半后停在路中间，我停在后面离线比正常距离
远了2-3尺。Smart走后，我等了一会就走了，没有往前挪2尺再停一次。

they are crazy. the purpose of the ticket should be punish behaviors that
are dangerous, but now it's purely for state income.
a radar detector could help you because it tells you cops are around, so you
become more alerted.

either the radar was not turned on, or they upgraded to new equipment.
I doubt if they want to spend the money to upgrade.

this as nothing to do with 2 , 3 or 4 feet.
you need stop because there is a car in front of you.
You can make a full stop at the postion your car does not fully pass the
white line(i.e the back wheel not pass the white line)
Let others who stop at the cross direction go first even if they stopped
later than you.
