芍药是光叶的，牡丹是毛叶的。在美国我见到都是芍药(peony)，还没见到过牡丹。

Peony is indeed more common in the US, however, it's not difficult to buy
tree peony from your local nursery, usually in early April. Price is
normally
around $30-40.
Named varieties of tree peony, especially Chinese varieities are harder to
find, and they are more expensive. There is one place that carry a large
collection, and I always want to visit.

加贴几张芍药吧，芍药牡丹叶子不同，芍药更适于插花。
