there are two ways:
1. easy way: homdepot/lowes selling this kind of fertilizer for plants like
in acid soil. Usually these plants are jasimine, magnolia, tangerine, etc.
Only one time I saw the package label stating the fertilizer for plants like
acid soil.
2. cheap way: mix the vinegar with water.I haven't done so, but I heard
people doing quite often. I suggested to mix a little vinegar with large
amount water, and apply little to the plant only once per week and see the
result.

不错的idea. 好像用咖啡粉也可以，不过不能加多。
还有sulfur ground, ferous sulfate 也可以.

that is why I saying in early that you don't really have to test the soil
unless your think the soil is really bad for plants. applying the right
fertilizer for each plant should do the work.
the lawn fertilizer will not change the soil PH dramatically. It mainly
gives the grass important food such as nitrogen and potassium. You often see
the label marking something like 10-5-5, that is instruction how much
nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium is.
