上次买的bulb,其中有一包应该是50个,昨天种下去发现只有大约30个,给他们写了信
,今天一大早收到回信

of our products but obviously this time something must have gone wrong and
I do apologize. I have of course arranged a replacement for you. It will be
dispatched tomorrow from Holland. You will be sent an email to confirm this
