给不知道的同学吧。Lowes现在搞活动，买特殊的Tax Refund GC，有10%的增值。也就
是，现在（到3.14止）买500刀以上的GC（特殊的卡，绿色，有Tax Refund字样），3.
18日Lowes将放面值的10%进去。今天去换卡（LD说他头晕想出去活动活动，我就让他给
带张卡。人晕晕的就买成一般GC，还得我去换），前面一人买了8000刀的卡。配合平时
Lowes的10%，15%， 20% coupon，就有不少的节省。我家今年装修要买很多材料，正好
可以用上。

我今天看到了，正想回来做下research呢。
就是送10%吗？那个tax refund是什么意思呢？

tax refund is the card's name. I guess their system has special numbers for
these cards, then on the 18th, Lowes is going to add 10% of the face value
into the card.

EN , 这个跟SEARS的圣诞卡很相似, 返的点还多,是个好DEAL

remember to look for the special kind cards, greenish color, with Tax Refund
written on it. You need to buy >= 500 at one time. If you bought the
regular Lowes GC, you may be stuck with it.
