- It's not good to plant anything right now!
- You need to dig up the soil to get rid of the grass roots.
- If your soil bed is at the ground level, make sure to raise up the soil
bed by 6-8inches for veges. If the soil is made up of too much clay, you
need to improve the soil by getting some sandy stuff to mix.
- Also, make sure your trees don't block much of the sunlight.
- Buy some intro books on veges, your local library may have them. Eg:
"Ortho's All About Vegetables" - it's an easy read with lots of
illustrations.

The idea of a raised bed is to protect your rich soil. It also helps to
drain the water if you have a heavy rain which will soak the soil, and kill your veges or flowers if there's no place for the water to go. Like LaoSan said, it also keeps the weeds away.
You'll get the idea from the video:
You don't have to buy everything like they advertised in order to build
yours.
The raised bed doesn't have to be fancy. It just needs to be practical.
I built the raised beds in my background by using the leftover bricks.
It takes a while to get things started.
Take your time and be patient.
Also try to take lots of pictures along the way.
The pictures will give you a great sense of accomplishments when you look back.

我梦想生7个儿子， 一个儿子替我剪草， 2个儿子替我锄根（ 把草根是重体力，所以
得两个）一个儿子管施肥，一个儿子管撒种 ，一个儿子管浇水，一个儿子帮着LG 给我
搭一个像lct家那样的葫芦架子，我管榨果汁给他们喝。
