最近收到I-140 RFE.
最后一段关于英文文档的要求，是因为英文成绩单漏交了，但是对于中间"establish
eligibility", 我需要让律师补交本人的能力资质证明和公司资质证明吗？
非常无助，情况也有点紧急，自己也不明白除了英文成绩单外，要不要交这两个证明，
可不可以请各位大神帮忙分析一下。先万分感谢大家的所有帮助。
You have filed Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, on April,
2016,
seeking immigrant visa classification as a member of the professions holding
an advanced
degree for the beneficiary. You are seeking the services of the beneficiary
as Engineer.
In order to establish eligibility, you must establish that:
.The position qualifies for the classification requested;
.The beneficiary is qualified for the position, and;
.You have the ability to pay the wage offered to the beneficiary as of the
priority date
You have submitted a foreign-language document in support of your Form I-140
application. If you
submit a document that is not in English, it must be accompanied by a
complete English translation.
The translator must certify that he or she is competent to perform the
translation and that the
translation is accurate. Any English translation MUST be submitted together
with a copy of the
translated (foreign-language) original.
