这个学校是在4月初的时候on site的，10天后fellow up，search committee的头说hr
要做调查。。。现在又过去快2周了，没有任何消息。我是不是该move on了。sigh。。

国内一个朋友家8岁小女孩得了脊柱侧弯，尾骨向上2至3节处，现在大约弯了21度，在
国内看了很多医院，现在采用的是带支架，把整个上身都包起来。一天要带22个小时，
要带好多年才可能管用，但小孩子正发育阶段，带着支架只能前后发育，对于女孩子伤
害太大了。想看看这边有没有好些的办法。国内治疗没有把握或是时间长副作用大，还
不一定能治好，看看美国这边的医院怎么治疗这个病吗？看看治疗方法，治愈需要多少
时间，费用估计多少？治愈的把握有多大？我不是很懂，所以上来求助各位好心mm，是
一个很好的朋友，尽量帮忙问问，谢了！

I will take it positively. They only do this prior to issue formal offer
letter. It's just a little usual that they didn't make an offer by phone
before the background check.

但奇怪的是我到现在啥也没收到， 一个电话也没有。
