我postdoc的J1合同月底到期，现在找到一家医院的工作，结果办理transfer的时候新
老板发现他们那里只支持H1b签证。我以前没有办waiver，所以现在不知道怎样才能以
最短的时间把waiver办了。是否可以咨询一下律师，跟医院的visa办公室的人询问清楚
具体需要办的手续和时间？
非常着急，希望有相关经验的朋友可以帮忙，谢谢！！！

是不是绿苋菜？跟莴笋种子一起发芽，生长了。也不是是不是和莴笋种子一起下的地
，还是原来土里就有的？去年反正也看到过？

Waiver takes 3-6 months, minimum is 3 months. USCIS usually takes 1 months.
Read top 4,top 7, top 9, top 11, top 12 post for details.
医院的visa办公室的人 should prerpare your H1B paperwork from now. And you
start your J waiver now.
After you get DOS FR, you can start filing your H1B to USCIS.
J waiver you have to do everything by yourself, no need 咨询一下律师.

还有这一张？跟上面的一起长了，就是叶子有点不一样。
拍照时，太阳有点毒。曝光过度了。可以看清吗？

谢谢您的回复！
现在的问题是，我没法开始办waiver，因为现在的DS2019 到这个月底结束，而且不能
再续了，所以时间很紧。除非找到新的老板，办新的DS2019，能有6个月以上的时间，
才可以办waiver。
所以这个waiver不知道怎么办呢。。。

waiver. See top 3 post, if you cannot extend your DS-2019.

both of them? why does it look different from "hong xiancai"? are those "mao
rong rong stuff" seeds? it looks only to pick the leaves to eat, right?

I have similar situation as yours. When my J1 status ended, I got O-1 visa,
and then I started application for the waiver. F1 might be similar. Good
luck!
