我们申请了半个月了，还没消息．
今天听我律师楼的秘书说他们最近就有３个客户，原来也是跟HSBC贷的，后来HSBC找茬
没弄成．说
HSBC是最差的．真的让我很意外．
我原来以为他们是不小的银行，应该比较reliable.没想到．．．

南加州，两个房的后院中间有个小坡，谁家都不属于，应该属于市里
首先可以在上面种树，需要申请，有可能申请到permit么？我看坡上那家好像在种果树
种草比种树不显眼，能偷偷搞么？
什么草好看耐旱耐热不用人管能自己蔓延年年自力更生？薰衣草如何？雨季的时候去偷
偷撒上一把种子？

半个月应该到underwriting了，你的appraisal应该做完了吧。

Plant a Jujube tree near the border, it will turn into a jujube forest since
it multiplies through suckers. Note that if it's grafted then the new baby
trees could be different Jujubes. Jujube is extremely drought tolerant and
carefree, and starts bearing fruits at young age. Grass is not durable since
it will be overtaken eventually by weed trees.
