I live in Passaic/Bergen County of New Jersey. It is very close to Manhattan
, New York City.
The house price is $300K-$500K, OR HIGHER.
While the condo is much cheaper, like $80K-$150K.

If the market will decrease another 25% in next few years.
The price decrease of Condo usually should be faster or slower than the
house?
