Refinance的总额是250k，broker的paperwork是这样做的：
a. Purchase price $
b. Alterations, improvements, repairs
c. Land (if acquired separately)
d. Refinance (incl. debts to be paid off) 251,000.00
e. Estimated prepaid items 1,480.44
f. Estimated closing costs
g. PMI, MIP, Funding Fee
h. Discount (if Borrower will pay)
i. Total costs (add items a through h) 252,480.44
j. Subordinate financing
k. Borrower's closing costs paid by Seller
l. Other Credi

现在考虑明年试验一下传统品种的西红柿，种过的人
请参与一下意见。
往常我都是用的海泰的Mei Wei西红柿，这是国内的一个
特色品种，体型不错，大小适中(7.5cm左右)，味道也不错，
肉质软；
现在我正在考虑下列品种：
Brandywine
True Black Brandywine
Black Krim
Black Cherry
你们种过的能否谈一下感受，特别是前三个。和国内的西红柿比较
品质如何？
