How will this type of cost be justified?
I do not need fancy computer, a better PC will do the job. I heard that
buying PC is not considered a good way to justify "Materials and Supplies."
Also What is the good amount of cost for "Publication Costs/Documentation/
distribution"?

毛笋的美味是很难形容的。要大的那种，10斤种，闻起来都很香。
现在是毛笋上升的季节。
并不是是笋就是毛笋。要浙江，安徽，湖南等松土出产的为上品。福建等的质量略差。
这里那里种大毛竹？？？

1000-3000 publication cost 都是合理的。

mine data or store data for sponsored project...
